I have a company and i'm looking for someone with a little or a lot of experience to link build for me. They have to be original, legit, anchored links. And they have to be on high PR sites and NOT link farms or crappy websites.

I would need to see all the sites your linking too and I will pay 25-50 Cents EACH Link.

I can do it for you. I have excellent tested list of sites which I did for four websites last year having a good effect on Google rankings with those keywords used inside anchor text. PR doesn't much matter for Google anymore so it's irrelevant for link building campaign.
