    I guess past success may be discarded from the list, after we all start from small beginnings. Let me think of a better replacement... Ahmn, it would not be too much to say if we put something this way: "A success projected beforehand". Guys what do you think?

    Actually I thought 'past success' was accurate. I had the hardest time making my first sale in 2006. Because I wasn't sure what success was... I couldnt be confident that I had the best service at the time... I am now and it makes all the difference.

    I would like to elaborate the point 'environment' - for ex: A Great Mentor/Leader in the sales team can make a huge difference, he can really inject confidence in his team members and realize their true potential, that will in turn increase their self belief.
