    Sponsorship

I am have organized some automotive events in the New England area, to help support the possible construction of a new Motorsports park.

I am now ready to start getting other companies involved. I created a sponsorship package before, but it is now out dated. When I started out I was planning on hosting one specific event. I have changed my approach, and I am now planning on a few different types of events.

I am not sure what to do with the sponsorship package now. If I make one package to cover all of the events it will be really long. I would like to keep it short and sweet. I am thinking about creating individual packages for each type of event, in order to provide the best information based on the type of event.

I really don't want to limit the potential sponsor to just one event though.

Does anyone have advice on this?

    Thank you in advance

    Chris C.

Ask the sponsors, see what they exspect and fr what price, the opinions will vary and could become your packages

Thanks for the insight. That is how I have gotten this far. I think when I started looking at all the documentation, I lost sight for a little while.

It can be overwhelming at times. Once you start getting ahead you need to step back and re-adjust your plans. I am going through my business plan and sponsorship package again.

Any other suggestions? Has anyone used any good templates, or companies to assist them in this process?
