Which is better in both?
Currently I am using the both techniques but which one is the good and give more benefit??

Both of them are beneficial in SEO. I am also using these two and getting good result. Social Networking can drive traffic to your site while social bookmarking can build strong backlinks to your site. No one is better than the other because they play very important part in SEO.
