Marketing tip - Go to places were pregnant women or post pregnancy women are likely to be and offer a package for your services. Many women want to get back into shape after having a child and this may be a great way to get some additional clients. Just remember always be charming and respectful. If your rate isn't ridiculous you shouldn't have a problem signing people up for this, it is also a huge market.

New trainer time..if he cant even be a good Samaritan, I would get a new trainer..sorry to hear that.
Caffeine will increase your blood pressure, but i don't think its the healthy way to go. you don't want to be there every day drinking coke or V right before a gym workout.. have you tried seeing your doctor about what you can do to get around it? i think that's the best way to go.
I think that you had low blood pressure in addition to low blood sugar. The sea thing happens to me too and I carry around a bit of sugar in case my workout gets too intense. I am also very healthy and eat well but there are times when I get worked up too much. So a bit of sugar to get your blood sugar up would be fine. Hope I helped.
