I have orangesoda.com working on my online marketing campaign with great results. For example, orangesoda.com has done our site engine optimization and we are now on page number one on the major search engine websites. Before this work by orangesoda, we were around page ten on the search engines. The people working on my account are very attentive and professional. I recommend orangesoda very highy.

I would give them a ring and ask a lot of questions about what they do and how. Not that I know for sure, but Richjholt above said orangesoda 4 times in 1 paragraph, doesn't sound like a real review to me. Rarely do I ever see a genuine review use the name of the company so many times. Just check it out.

    Hi,

Your first post did read a little like a prepackaged testimonial...that's O.K.

Why doesn't your site have more then 2 links to it according to the Google backlink checker? Isn't it hard to be in the top ten with only a couple links?

Thank you for your time and I appreciate the help.

Interesting name for an SEO company...

Honestly, I don't know much about what makes a site get high search engine rankings. I know my business, but not much about online marketing. As to cost, I pay a monthly fee and it seems reasonable to me. I know that my rankings went up dramatically.

Bunch of techies acting like business people. I setup monthly budget of $400 and the charged me over $900. Took over 2 weeks to get a refund. They made many mistakes with my PPC and never caught a single one. I had to monitor everything they did and call to get things fixed. When I shut everything down, they kept billing me on a second account I never knew I had and then gave me a hard time about refunding. No idea about account management or customer service....just arrogance and incompetence.

Thumbs down ORANGE SODA SCAM - Bad Customer Service and WORSE SEO LOL

    - Basically same as above poster - techies/salespeople w/ little to no SEO skills. They buy the term "local seo" in search engines and rank naturally for that 1 kw.

    From my blog -

So now that BPapers is on the 1st page of yahoo for "college papers" and "college essay help" (obviously if you know anything you know it fluctuates a little)we hired Orange Soda - An outfit based out of Utah. Well, they have a pretty good sales pitch and promised us the world. We made it clear that our only concerns were links and branding. Months later we have yet to see ONE single, active link from any sites nor any related services of any value. We Have paid several hundred dollars to receive form letters. We originally thought they could help us but were choosing not to - we now conclude it is really sales driven seo with little to back it up. A quick search on rip-off report unearthed others who have had a similar experience. We can only talk to the "sales" people who relay our messages to the seo team - really? Why can I pay hundreds and not talk to someone who DOES the seo - could it be they are worried someone who actually knonws a smidgen about seo would know they ARE ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS. We are a paper writing outfit - when you pay we put you on with a writer. Why would an SEO outfit not let you talk to someone except a salesperson who is lax in getting back to you. Bottom line - WE wwould rather keep sending money to India because Orange Soda Scam is just that - a scam. Maybe we were foolish to think some Thanks for nothing Bethia, our account "manager."

Their services seem to revolve around SEO and no mention of more contemporary and agressive internet marketing venues. (Social network, viral widgits, etc..)

Orangesoda.com is a ripoff company that charged me $200 over the phone when they told me they needed a credit card number to begin my evaluation of marketing my site. They withheld $100.00 was sign and on top of this I never authorized $200.00 to be charged to begin with as it was free initially then $100.00 a month thereafter. I contacted them that day I found out they charged me via there site signup and they told me they will conduct a investigation. No investigatin or followup except for their sales boy trying to make amends and keep me. I said no way you guys are dishonest stealers asking for my card number to chage $200.00 I didnt authorized. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Catherine

Another SEO Company - How to Choose a Good SEO Company?

I have seen orangesode around for years and they are on Hostmonster.com as a partner. I have wondered as well if they are quality. They are on a prominent hosting site's partner page. I would think a lot of people would scream and shout if their seo work was bad.

I will not dis them or say anything bad. I will say that you should look around a few places including them. Of course we offer seo service which is why I can help with information. I'll stop there as not to push too hard and be accused of commercializing. This is for your education.

Here are the basic elements you should look for in a quality search engine optimization company or firm:

They should do on-page and off-page optimization.
You're probably not the only one on the web trying to figure out how to hire a good seo firm. SEO engineering is a mystery to many. I will say you can't get it for $100 a month. That's a bunch of hoohah.

Many Internet marketers could benefit from some basic 'white hat' seo information. What does white hat mean? Are they cowboys?

I will not reveal everything as some techniques take years to learn. However, these basic white hat seo techniques should be in their services they offer you:

On-Site areas that cause good “organic” SEO results are:

    • Keyword Research Analysis
    • Website HTML Meta-Tags: Title, Description, Keywords
    • Optimizing Internal Website Links
    • Making Images to be seo friendly
    • SEO Content and Text upgrades
    • Social Bookmarking – Twitter, Facebook. LinkedIn

Off-site areas for your website that cause higher ranking:

    • Increase of Ranking Inbound Links
    • Reciprocal – relevant exchange links
    • One Way – inbound links to homepage
    • Blog/Article Postings - industry relevant content
    • High Ranking Directory Submissions
    • An seo analysis report comparing your site with 1-2 competitors of your choice

    Monthly Reports:
    • Inbound Links Created
    • Traffic source tracking
    • Google Ranking Progress

If they do at least these seo services and give you monthly reports, you will probably be in good shape.

    Good luck with your ranking.
