I would say it depends on your market. If you are targeting older adults, you might have a mix of offline and online marketing, but if its young adults you might only market online.

Honestly, I like the occasional snail-mail advert, especially if it's for discounted services. I generally am a huge fan of modern typography in offline advertisements and marketing - I feel like if you do it correctly it can appeal to both young and old viewers.

As for online marketing, I feel like a fresh and simple, easy-to-navigate website format will appeal and satisfy most people. I think it get more difficult and time consuming when you're trying to manage the endless possibilities of social media marketing. I mean you have Facebook (general), Twitter (general), Pinterest (mostly women), YouTube (viral and general), Google+ (mostly male) - it's not hard mind you, but time consuming, so you need to make sure you're accounting for time costs.

But I don't think offline is dead - I think there will always be adaptation.

It just depends what industry your in an what your selling. Ex. If you sell digital products, web hosting etc. Most likely get your revenue up online.

On the other hand if your a carpenter, jewelry shop, fast food, expensive manual service they offline will be the smartest place to start until you have to test online.

It will be expensive to do offline the only reason Godaddy paid million for a super bowl ad is because they have millions to blow plus they are something like 300 + million in revenue.

Aside from marketing online, business should never take for granted offline marketing. People must know what they are buying, it is reliable and trustworthy.

You need a mix of both to succeed in this business climate. I don't think that a strategy that totally discounts either offline or online will be 100%successful.

Offline marketing is very much alive. If you are targeting your local community, traditional marketing tools such as flyers, leaflets, brochures, etc. can definitely help you reach your audience.

Offline marketing is alive and kicking. Personally I actually prefer reading through some printed material or watching TV commercials rather than going online for some ads. Online marketing may be the new trend, but it can't replace offline marketing.

Definitely depends on your type of business. But for a local retail spot, for instance, I think it can be HUGE to do offline. You need to reinforce your brand offline. Getting in front of your customers as many ways as possible is key. Of course it has to have a positive ROI. If you're able to somewhat measure the ROI that is.

What type of business are you talking about?

There was a time of the age of the of line marketing and business where a lot of the brokers and the taxes concern where working. the people get to each other for the trade and they met to each other for the trade and business but in these days this is not needed. here are some market suggestions.
