Offline Marketing For Online Business

Successful Online Entrepreneurs as Case Studies for Upcoming Book, Course and Articles

We are looking for online entrepreneurs – people with web-based businesses (be it niche or not), who have:

(a) successfully promoted their business using offline marketing techniques like publicity in real-world newspapers, magazines or trade journals;
(b) had their blog posts featured in real-world magazines; and/or
(c) used direct mail techniques to drive traffic to their website.

We want to interview you about your success: what you did, what worked and what you learnt. These success stories will be used as case studies in an upcoming book, a marketing course and supporting articles.

Interesting book and subject. A lot of people now think that they don't need to have offline marketing done because of the success they see in Internet marketing, but they don't realize that they could get a lot more sales if they market offline.

Offline marketing includes distributing promotional products with your company name on it. It is wiser to look for products that people uses everyday like mugs, umbrellas etc.

we do this, and I have not ever seen this tactic posted here on this fantastic forum.

but direct mail for our business has quadrupled our business. People are buying direct mail ads like crazy yes! even here in 2012.

That is if you can find a targeted list of buyers...but I am not goin to share that with you. Its my own little secret. sorry.
