need help promoting and finding customers

Hi,
I run a small ebay store that sells chemicals used in many applications and industries. A majority of them are used in art forms including b&w photography, pottery, glass blowing, and sculpture.
Since I am a new member I cannot post links, however it is in my profile

What are the best ways to promote an ebay store?
Anyone know any art sites where I can post a link or forums I can participate in to promote my site.

Also does anyone have any reccomendations for an all in one hosting plan that has a shopping cart and everything I would need to in the future make a dedicated site for my products, instead of an ebay store.

Have you tried all the free social networking sources such as forums,twitter,facebook etc ?

Try googling different keywords relating to your field with "forum" at the end and search past the 1st few pages .

mtnjkwe is right regarding Twitter, facebook, and other social networking sites. These are of big help to your business since prospective customers can reach you and may be able to know your business. Lots of entrepreneurs used the social networking sites to further promote their products.
