You get what you pay for in this arena. There are more wannabes in this industry then any other. About 80% of the people you will encounter have no idea what they are doing. Most major firms will want at least a $2500 to $5000 a month budget to work with. If you are not planning on spending that much then I'd look at doing it yourself. Take some time to really research this before you make a decision.

All I really need at this point is someone to build me a few Wordpress sites designed to target specific KW's. a few pages or relevant text with appropriate titles etc.

I've chosen KW's with reasonably low Competition so that I won't need to invest too much time in developing the sites in order to rank well for the queries. I've chose WP as my platform becasue of it's ease of use.

Bottom line is that I have great domains that I want to develop, but don't have the time to write the content and set up the sites.

I can take care of the link building etc, I just need the sites created so I can get some hosting and get them live.

You have to optimize the layout, you have to use keyword rich content, you need to have a site map, you need to have inbound and outbound links, as well as external links.... there is a lot that goes into it. Developing a site is just the tip of the iceberg. It also takes 1-3 months before your site will be indexed by Google so none of this is an over night job. I would recommend buying a book on optimization as a starting point.

If you want to deal with a good seo team that's been in business and pay them AFTER you see results, aka showing up in the top pages of google, than contact me and I can refer you to them they have good prices and quote you before they start on how much the keywords will cost and they start and you pay 3-5 months down the road once you are where you want to be.

Funny, most - in fact all I think - of my sites have been indecxed by G with in a couple of weeks.

Yes, I know the content needs to be right, layout correct etc which is why I'm interested in getting someone to do this for me. As for links etc, I'll take care of that as I said earlier.

What I need is someone to set up the sites correctly to target the KW's the domains are based on, with appropriate content/layout etc.
