Hello fellow Entrepreneurs,

I run a small scale Car Repairs / Parts Reseller business in the outer suburbs of Melbourne everything's going well for me at the moment but i'm at the point now that i would like to start growing and expanding towards my eventual goal and part of this is bringing in a couple of staff so in order to support the staff i need more repair work.

I'm using all the normal modes of marketing, fairly highly ranked in google and google maps for my area, along with yellowpages online & hardcopy, I do regular pin up posters with little tear off cards on the bottom with specials and stick them up next to every atm in the local area once a month, also we sell car parts on ebay which i take advantage of by putting fitment of all parts available and a little plug about other services we offer on the bottom of every listing.

I've been considering doing a pamphlet drop in the local area in mail boxes but in my experience i think they are just going to end up in the bin... as a better option I'm playing with the idea of getting business card size fridge magnets made up and taping them to a cleverly designed pamphlet and placing them into a hand written envelope that way the potential customer will have something they thinks worth opening and then hopefully the magnet will make it to the fridge!

I think the benefits of this would more then make up for the extra cost!?

If anyone else has more suggestions of marketing ideas for me it would be greatly appreciated i'm keen but having trouble grabbing ideas !?!?

Cheers, Andrew
