I would use as many free or low priced services as you can. This is going to keep your cost down while you start to bring in some income from the business.

Use social networking websites, forums like this, craigslist, local newspaper, maybe small signs around your town or in your area.

Use as many as you can and see what works.

Thanks for your reply.. For how many months do you think I should offer services for a low price? I'm afraid I might go broke.

Underpricing is a pretty stupid way to launch a business. You'll lose all your cheap clients when you
raise prices later anyway. Of course there is some variance depending on your market and
your offer. If you are selling a commodity thing, you are doomed to be undercut by
low-price vendors. Somebody is always too stupid to know they cannot undersell the
competition for ever and they run everybody down at the low-price level.

You have to get above this low-pricing nonsense to make a profitable business unless
you have a lot of capital to start.

If you suck at marketing you won't be able to command higher prices so learn not to suck at
marketing and then you can make more money.

Yes, Not only the cheapest price is the king in the market. For example, we listed the price for our goods on the web which is 2 times the wholesale price, even more... This is a protecting way for our clients. We must help our clients to get profit. So ... But I don't know how much hard of competition of our clients meet in the market.

Would suggest to use the free or cheapest ways, like craiglist, URL submissions, social networking websites etc

I agree with using Craigslist. Also try USFreeads.com and Oodle.com for free postings. USFreeads is limited with the free option, but if you pay $10 for the year, you can post a lot more ads.I also agree with not cutting your prices. If you need to you can start out with a "limited time promotion" that includes an extra 2 months of your service when they prepay for the year and sign up by a certain date.
    Good Luck
