Well said and extremely accurate, it is up to the optimist to do research and understand which keywords are actually converting and guide the client in the proper direction. Many optimist do not do enough research or offer this sort of advice to clients.

But people don't search with those keywords. Say if I want to see the result for "Top SEO Company" as a common internet user, will I type in "top seo company" or "topseocompany"

Results should be based on "My Business Marketing" and not "mybusinessmarketing"

I'll give another example...say I want to get on 1st page in Google for the keywords "cheap computers" and bought a domain cheapcomputers.com - should I target the keyword/s "cheapcomputers" or "cheap computers"
