    If you are talking about PR(page rank) then you can do that by back engineering what competitors are doing, and post links where they have. The age of your domain also has an impact, as does on-page optimisation techniques such as good internal linking.

    Hi first of all choose your keywords, you should brain storm with the move relevant keywords on your category. Then do on-site SEO by optimizing your website title, meta tags etc. After that you can submit high quality articles on blog sites, forum post, blog post etc. Goodluck
