Help advertising new business

Recently set up a local business that delivers veg to residents of the area, i started with family and friends to get money together so that i can quickly expand into a wider customer base.

Need Help with :

1) I have an e shop website with 123-reg and their basic package no longer does what i want it to do , there is no customer sign - in which is a massive pain on many levels. So i need advice about where i can find a good e commerce package for under £15.00 a month (tried go daddy and they do not do UK e shops)
