eNewsletter / eMarketing /email marketing. Tips?

I just recently updated my webdesign website so I want to do an email campaign.

What emarketing programs have you guys used? I've used Newsletter Studio from sittoo in the past. It was okay but that was a couple years ago. That is an actual program.

Anyone with experience with other programs or web-based programs have any suggestions? Like with mailchimp for example?

I use mailchimp and it's really good (and free until you get a big number of email contacts)
