Can anyone tell me how facebook marketing works means how facebook ads work. I want to know the process.

Sure Arnold,
You pay Facebook to post your ads in a target market that you select however the more rare the market or the keyword the more expensive it can get. When people click on your ad you pay a certain amount because they clicked on your ad.
Search in google: "facebook advertising" and click on those links
You can also go through some of the process of creating an ad without getting to deep, so that you can get a feel for the system.

I've had a tremendous amount of success using Facebook ads to build my fan base, and am now working to convert those fans into customers. It's definitely something worth exploring as a marketing tool.

There is a great book called "Ultimate Guide to Facebook Advertising" by Perry Marshall, which helped me a LOT when I started using Facebook ads. I'm not affiliated with the book or the author in any way--just a satisfied customer. If you need help navigating FB ads, I'd recommend checking it out.

It's worth reading. My company's page had been stuck at a dismal 70 or so "likes" for months, and after reading the book and implementing some of the things it suggested, I quintupled my fan base in about three days. I'm still using many of his techniques, and now have close to 2,000 fans and receive quite a bit of traffic via Facebook.

Be very careful with facebook ppc. You can't just throw an ad up and expect conversions. You gotta test and re-test and have an eye catching picture and ad. Also take advantage of narrowing down your target to age, sex, and education.
