Ray Jones,
Adwords and purchasing advertisement in search engines is not SEO. SEO is making your site more likely to show up higher in google for terms of your choice in hopes of getting traffic. Adwords is another type of marketing completely. I've heard many people have luck marketing CPA products via facebook and adwords.

If I helped you or you just want to donate a blogroll link to me, it'd be much appreciated. Do I expect that anybody will help me out? No, but it never hurts to ask
Azance is correct. SEO is Search Engine Optimization. Adwords is SEM, Search Engine Marketing. SEO brings organic and free traffic while programs like Adwords are paid traffic sources. A LOT of money can be made through promoting offers through any traffic medium if you know what you're doing and it's quite easy to pick up relative to other things out there.
The key to SEO is to find the most commly used words relating to your website's content and overall theme. The better your SEO, the more traffic you will get based on people finding you via wibsites like Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
SEM is going to depend on how good your ad is at drawing people in. If someone looks at it for even a split second, you need to grad their attention enough for them to spend the 2 mins and check our your website.
Good luck my friend!

Keys to online marketing is generating more contents and building more backlinks. The more you generate contents and having them backlinking to your website, you increase your presence into the search engines by having these contents distributed all over Web 2.0 networks such as article directories, social bookmarking websites as well as Blogger, Wordpress, Hubpages and Squidoo blogs. Have your accounts created and setup a profile and start generating results from there.

Hello friends,
Here are few ways for online marketing
- Have a Blog/Website.
- Online Advertising
- Directory Listings
- Participating in Social Media
- Online Networking
- Email Marketing
A retargeting campaign can be a very effective online marketing strategy. The idea is to attract visitors back to your site after they have left without making a purchase. Let’s say you visit a clothing website. Perhaps you’re looking for shoes, so you click around and maybe even add a pair to your cart… then you just decide to click away to another site, and when you do - you the see a banner ad for shoes. The idea is to get you to come back, just after you have left. It can be very effective in providing that extra push to visitors who are already interested in your products or services.
i agree.. you should continually promote your website online...
keep creating your business cards. search for related topics
and get involved, write, write, write new content related to
your business field.
don't forget to keep your website growing in the content it offers
new visitors by analyzing your visitor movements.
i usually do the following:
build an online identity - meaning register and stay active at social networking website
create your own community - use Twitter, facebook, Linkedin
create professional content - meaning create article and press releases
search for your client - find them in forums, blog, creating pages they might search
hope this helps![]()
