For some reason an extraordinary number of marketers are focused on the creation and exploitation of free reports. It occurs to me that less and less people are interested in these e-book style blocks of text. I've come to the conclusion that people are coming to expect their online experience to be increasingly interactive.
I'm wondering what you think about the idea of a more visual form of the free report that encourages customers to engage with the product you're providing in a way that allows them to be excited about what your selling.
Perhaps we should be considering game mechanics and video instead of static text files.
