Like someone above mentioned, Word of Mouth is great, but it should never be anyone's main strategy, simply because it's unpredictable compared to other modes of advertising. Other than having a great product, maybe advertising designed to get people talking and putting mechanisms in place (referral systems or "tell-a-friend" or social media sharing options on your website), there's not a lot you can do to control whether people are telling their friends about your product or service. Still, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't have the mechanisms in place so that they CAN share it with their friends if they want to.

I agree with the previous posts that you cannot completely rely on word of mouth marketing to push your product forward. That's a great marketing design you have there, RealProfit.

i think word of mouth is the best way, you should always be treating your customers right in the first place. Although it depends how quick you want to advertise, word of mouth does take some time.

It does takes time. Building credibility and trust takes time. Maintaining or improving the quality of work and products will gain people's trust. Make use of different marketing tools and strategy to move forward. Once you have gain access to market interests, WOM will start to work.
