Sorry I also do not understand you weakest link. You want people to advertise of your websites or you want to advertise on other poeple's websites? What are the keywords that should be on first page of Google? What hosting must be free?

I'm a huge fan of Powweb.com web hosting for $3.88 a month you can't beat that into rate, and after that its like $7 or something for the next year. I've had almost 0 downtime, and whenever I had a problem tech support was very fast responding to my tickets.

I think that powweb is good too. But you also take into consideration other web host. Because in choosing web host, you need to consider the features, prices and customer support. You may also look for reviews online so that you will know what are the experiences of people on their chosen host
