I just mean, why do you consider these emails to be "targeted?" Will you be viewing the content of my site, and then selecting which of your customers have an interest in similar products to send the emails to? If you're just sending mass emails, how is that targeted?

if you're just sending out emails to everyone, regardless of whether or not the information is valuable to them then that's just crappy spam..?!

agreed, Couldn't possibly be targetted towards our sites.
it's targetted as in somehow you got their names for your hosting site so they are probably targetted towards hosting
