Starting a digg ring. No retail sites. Look

Digg.com is an immensely popular site which lists news and blog, photos and video. These can help get you traffic, but usually do little unless you can get them ranked a lot higher. You need about 100 diggs to make something popular, but there are variables.
Friends digging your stuff is worth less than non-friends, so I am going to start a website for digg shouts that doesn't go through dig so that people can digg the stuff without having the friends via the site.
From what I can tell in their rules/ToS, this is not in any violation, but since I would like to keep it somewhat low profile, I would like anyone interested who publishes a blog or news to contact me on aim or via pm here.
