Stand for your brand. Endorse your business.

    Hi everyone

A strong, valid testimonial is an endorsement that bridges many gaps for your customer. When you step up and become the face for your company, you have the opportunity to earn brand equity gold - your customer's trust.

How are you using endorsement or personal testimonials to power your business marketing?

What opportunities are there for your customer?

    Such a great point.

I recently consulted with a small business owner whom I am going to send the link to your blog.

She owns a gorgeous eco-friendly gym that offers a full spa and every kind of holistic health consulting you can think of.
When I entered the gym, she was at the reception area in jeans, a baggy t-shirt, drinking a diet coke and eating Doritos!
I asked her to describe her business and she started with, "Oh you know, it's just a gym."

Once she was able to step back and see things from the outside looking in she realized she was not the ambassador for her business that she should be.

Testimonials are very helpful in business growth because it is the confirmation of trust in their services.
