Let me share something:

I was engaged by a start-up enrichment centre for children a few years ago to increase their in-takes and sign-ups and to kick start their enrollment rates..
Their first few attempts to reach and convert their customers were not up to expectations and the sign-up rate was like 1 or 2 per day..

After some analysis, discussion and budgeting considerations, we decided to redesign the flyer which offer benefits and values and brand uniqueness, reallocate and reschedule a fresh flyer distribution network and work out school alliances strategies..
We define the customers profile (primary school kids in a specific location, big enough to generate profitable returns within the least resources), the school schedule and various schemes to leverage on..

We placed distributors at locations like schools, nearby MRTs stations (the Mass Transit Train Systems in my home country), targetting at the parents when they picked up their kids..
We build relationships and had talks with the principals in the schools to faciliate our programs..

And wthin 2 weeks, there were more than 100 sign ups (I couldn't remember the exact figure but no more than 150) during the 2 days scheduled enrollment exercises, each averaged about $100..

This campaign went from the initial 1-2 sign ups per day to more than 100 sign ups in 2 days for this booster campaign..
When I finished this campaign with this centre, I had put plans in place ready to be implemented to regenerate more customers..

I like to share something..
I couldn't disclose much as it is an ongoing project at the moment..

Recently, I am engaged to work with an European company..
It was starting a new project and the challenge: it was on the verge of breaking down..

The first crucial matter at hand: They couldn't get support from local writers (which they needed to spearhead this entire project) because they do not know what are they offering in their product..

I did a 3-hour analysis for the business owner and his business and managed to dïg out the soul/value or brand essence of the company..
We then rebuild and create a "emotional/psychological" identity or soul of the business and use that to capture the emotions and minds of the clients..

I am not expecting fast results as I know it takes time for the business owner and the business to set in with the new branding..

Within less than 2 weeks, he secured 2 famous local writers in his country at half the price..
I am SURPRISED! And he told me that he is a fast learner and implementer..

My sales increased tremendously when I added a guarantee and a few testimonials to the sales page.
