Selling Domain - How to increase value

I am currently selling

SUGGestED content from the social network - SUGGED.com

I would like to know how to increase the value of the domain without generating revenue from it.

Even if I can generate traffic to it, how would I go about doing that?

I would like to increase the value of this domain without making money from it being "parked", AdSense, etc.

Oh, and where would I be able to sell it and get the best price.

There are lot of sites like sedo.com you can have it listed for sale.

Domains without traffic, content, or earnings are only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. This means there is little that can be done to increase value. The next step is to develop a site with good content, then traffic, which in turn will bring about earnings.... Earnings are what creates value

Especially with a domain like that, where "sugged" is not a popular keyword at all, you will need traffic (earnings are preferable too) to make it valuable.

Put up a site, drive traffic to it and monetize it.
