Outsource Email Marketing

Hi. I run a small Telecommunications company in Northern Virginia. I'm trying different techniques for gathering new customers and I know email is a pretty good tool in any marketing arsenal.

My company only consists of me so I'm doing the sales, technical work, accounts receivable and payable just as many of you are. My work day stretches to 16 hours sometimes and I would like to outsource my email campaign. I cant do it all.

My target market are local businesses, 5-50 employees so I have a pretty broad market i cater to.

My questions is has anybody had any experience with outsourcing your email marketing. How successful have you been. And which company did you outsource to.

btw I'm new here! so HI!

I am outsourcing my email marketing to a small company called Nekzo, and I am pretty happy with them.

Previously my email campaigns were managed by 4 companies: 2emailmark, magicaleyes, trepcom and 32media. Out of this five, only in the last one I perceived a change in my website´s traffic.

Good luck finding your provider.

First off, welcome to the forums! It is great to have another company on here which is in the telecommunication industry.

I have some questions first: Where do you want to direct the receiver of the emails too? Do you have a website?
Many people will not need telecommunication solutions at the moment you send them your email, this marks the importance of having a newseletter or some sort of repeat emails sent out to them. Have you considered having an email signup list on your website (if you have one).
What exactly do you do in the field of telecom? Do you install phone systems, do wiring, or do you provide lines? This way I can answer your question more precisely depending on if you are a regional company, or you do business nationally.
Awaiting to hear back from you.

Thanks for the responses. I do phone systems, Fiber optics and data cabling. I'm not quite sure on which way is the best way to utilize email marketing.

I do have a website: dahltechnologies.net

I realize that there will most likely not be an immediate need for my services when I email them but I need to somehow keep in front of the customer until a need for my services arises.

I was thinking about making "pop-up" business cards and passing them out on an unscheduled stop by as they responded to the email.

Any other ideas would be great. So far google PPC has been working wonders for me. I want more! Thanks!

Are you doing any offline marketing?
You are on the right track when it comes to online marketing, you might want to try to do some regional SEO, I am not sure if you have done that already. But do you get most of your clients through your PPC campaigns?

P.S. I like the way you organized the Cabling portion of your site. Looks very organized and easy to read! Nice job there.

I have actually no idea about outsourcing but after I had received the good news from a friend that outsourcing can really help build business better, it made me think more reasons on how to dissect my business, distribute projects and gather my staff to help me out in the earning process where I just have to spend little on their assistance.

I would want to also share this with you all and you can check it out at: How To Outsource Your Internet Business - Why You Should Outsource Your Work | Mass Outsource where this Australian guy really makes a lot of sense in bringing business success in an easy way, plus the free access to his videos, all equipped with outsourcing methods.

I hope this brings another helpful resource.
