You can't find a expert in American under the budget $100. Consider about outsource it to some other countries, it's cheap there.

I thought I misread. You can't properly launch a site with $100. Plus, what kind of total launch plan is PPC. I sure hope you are getting Marketing help for other things well.

If all you are going to do is PPC then that'd probably be a per hour thing because who knows how long the campaign will last.

Campaigns take time to optimize and then to adjust because things always change, like: # of searches, or the actions of competitors, popular keywords, etc. So you can't say sure how many hours the project will be. I do Online Marketing Consulting and would charge for time spent creating/maintaining the campaign.

I agree and I've been doing online marketing/SEO for 2+ years. People can read one blog and pretend like they're knowledgeable and possibly fool you into thinking a $100 dollar package is worth it. I will assure you that this is not the case though. I'm not trying to undermine anybody by any means but this is my honest opinion. I know people at my work wouldn't do the job for such a small amount so the people offering the service must not be respectable. If you have any questions simply PM me and I will give you an honest opinion from somebody in that field.
