Need help marketing Financial services such as credit repair, mortgages, etc

Hey guys I work for a Financial Company located in New Jersey which offers services such as Credit Repair, Debt Settlement, Mortgages, etc. I'm wondering what internet marketing strategies you think I could try which would help me find new prospects. Currently, I have been posting ads on facebook fan pages in my area which has gotten me some responses but wondering if there are any other websites or strategies I could try. Thanks!

Twitter has been a pretty good solution for many businesses. In your case, set up a profile, and start networking with people in your area. Do some keyword searches for people talking about things having to do with your business (Credit Repair, etc), and engage them in conversation providing free information (a 'lite' version of what you would normally charge for, then charge if they need more help).

Credit help forums would be another place to look for potential clients, but again, you'll have to focus more on helping than on trying to sell.

Craigslist is a good place to advertise various services, especially in a market as big as the one you are in.

Other than that, keep at it!
