Looking for blog design and optimization services

Hey everyone,

I recently create a blog about the CA accounting designation about a month ago.

I added google adsense to a generic blogger template. So far I've made a couple of dollars. I am getting average 50 impressions a day (more when I make a post update) However, very few clicks.

All my content is unique and written by myself. It is a nice niche which I have passion about, but I'd like to see if I can monetize it better.

I have only done advertising in a few forums related to the topic. I feel my content is good and adsense performance can be improved.

If anyone is interested in helping out or has some tips let me know. I am willing to pay for a better blog design, with the logo designed better and maybe for some SEO optimization. I am looking to drive traffic and get more adsense income.

Please let me know if there is potential for this site.

Two great resources are becomeablogger.com and yaro starks blog. They both have great down loadable reports that will give you tons of great information. Let me know if this helps.
