Is this legal marketing?

Hi
I know there are a lot of illegal stuff online such as, win 300$/day.
What about the affiliate marketing idea?
I would like to apply that to a tanning salon
Something like:
After you refer 3 people to My tanning salon who buy a Starting kit, get a free bottle worth 70$ or less.
Is this legal or this is like the piramidale things?
Sorry for my very bad english and thanks for Helping.
Ksmax

I don't see anything wrong with that. Its a tactic to build a larger customer base.

Nothing illegal with that at all. it is just rewarding your loyal customers that are referring business to you. And a great idea!

Giving rewards is a good idea, and can increase the amount of business you are getting dramatically. Helps get word of mouth out about your company.

I think it's just plain good business to reward your loyal customers for referrals.

I see that all the time here in Los Angeles, if you refer someone to the store then you get store credit, a gift, etc.....

There is nothing wrong with that as long as the items you give away are legal.

Good Luck with the idea, hope it works for you.
