we have developed a language based technology that can understand customer’s intent. Furthermore our technology easily supports interactive web self-service, something that no one else seems capable of doing today.
We are beginning to look for companies that are interested. For testing purposes, we also are offering our Twtter service for free.
My question: what would be the (horizontal) market segment that is best suited for us? The market we should concentrate on initially?
