Yea you really need to fire the guy that done your SEO

    You have like 20 keywords

Imonggo, POS, POS solutions, retail, retail solutions, store, store solutions, inventory, inventory management, inventory solutions, web-based software, software as service, SaaS, small business, small business solutions, web-based small business solutions, sme, sme solutions, specialty store, specialty store solutions
That is pointless and is going to make your page rank lower in searches.

You only need a hand full of keywords that you expect users to search for to find your site. The goal is for a user to search for a work and your site show up number 1 on google or yahoo or what ever search they are using. It doesn't matter if you have a million keywords if when someone searches for one of them you are ranked on page 50.

First get rid of your SEO guy. Then think about 5 keywords your users will search for when looking for your product. Once you have them you need to use them in your sites content.

SEO is a huge algorithm with a lot of other factors. You kinda have 3 options you can learn it bit by bit for free, You can pay someone to do it and hope they have a clue, or you can buy a program that does it for you.

I would like IBP for software or if you have a huge amount of free time on your hands the first options is the best.

Right click on any web page and click "view page source". You can see the keywords.

You should have whoever did your SEO learn how to do meta tags properly. Here is a good reference for properly writing meta tags: Google "seo book meta tags". Click on the meta medic link there from SEO Book. Scroll down to the videos and Aaron Wall gives good guidelines I use for all my clients.

That solves one of the issues I see should be fixed. Hope that helps some.

You can't really increase traffic. Think about it. The traffic for a certain keyword stays the same but think about why a user chooses a competitor over you.
