One of the most basic things you can do is make sure that your signature for everything you do contains a link to your blog. If you send an E-mail, post a reply in a forum, or reply to another blog, always always always make sure you are leaving a link to your blog. Other things are become buddy-buddy with a bigger blogger and try to do a guest spot. Start a myspace/facebook dedicated to your blog.
These are just 3 basic tips. There is a ton of information out there. Just sear I am sure you will find thousands of tips.

Hi Cap360,
Took a quick look at your site, I would suggest getting an autoresponder and capturing some email addresses.
Another great way to market and get targeted traffic is through article marketing. I am actually running a special right now if you need help with that, just send me a PM or check out one of the links in my signature.
Good luck,
Kim

I have successfully driven and converted traffic to numerous sites and in my experiences you are doing some fundamental things wrong.
A. First off, the music is annoying. Chances are, you are annoying a lot of other visitors - I bet you notice a very high bounce rate? I know I left immediately. Remove the music - it`s novelty, does not serve any functional purpose. (plus 90% of people are probably already playing music)
B. Design is horrible, you should hire someone versed with some basic typography skills as your most important feature of the site is conveying information via text - you will need to fix this area immediately - in fact, just revamp the entire design.
C. Kimbeckers was on the right track, you need to set up a form to capture email addresses - what you want to do is give the reader enough information, then give incentive to sign up to either a newsletter or RSS feed. Once you have them subscribed to either the newsletter or the RSS feed, you will need to convert these subscribers to regular readers.
D. Set up some sort of user interaction - if users can contribute in any way, then it`s definitely worth while to let them contribute. It makes them feel important, and if your site makes someone feel important, then of course they will come back.
The key is not to promote your website, because you can do that today and get 10,000 hits - then tomorrow no one visits? Your work was all for nothing. Concentrate on conversion before you concentrate on traffic flow.
Check out Tim Ferris' blog - he does an awesome job at converting. The Blog of Author Tim Ferriss
Cheers,
Matt

Thanks for your input . I have recieved numerous feedbacks with regards to music player. I have received positive feed backs. However I just removed the music player.
As or the design, I do somewhat agree with you. However this is as far as what Blogger offers. Maybe you mean I should move it to the Wordpress.

Im not sure about the whole design. I can look up different templates.
As for the texts, well its a blog site so people read. I would need more feedbacks on this.
I have made some changes now , please re visit the site again.

I've seen a lot of people in the pickup industry and they all have the same information. Whether it works or not, people want something new, so your job is to be the guy that brings something new to the community which in turn will have people promoting you by choice.

My Two Cents
You definatly need to pick another template. Black may seem sexy, but its very hard to read online. With as much text as you have, your site needs to be readable.
Lose 90% of the advertising! You can put it back AFTER your popular, but having that much on there BEFORE you get successful is going to drive your visitors away and turn off people who might think your site is cool enough to link to, driving you more traffic. Monetize after you have the traffic, not before.
Once you clean it up, maybe drop a little dough for tester traffic, just enough to see how people respond, bounce rates, favorite content, that kinda thing. After testing tweak your site based on the data, then test again. If you can get it so people are sticking around, might be worth dropping a little more cash for some feeder traffic, see if they stick.
While thats in the works, stop trying to pick-up girls, and get serious about your marketing. Spend your free time networking, look for linking opportunities, read everything you can find about building your web site, and try it. Most won't work, but you WILL learn something about online marketing from every effort and that will work to make you smarter in how to grow your online business.
Want specifics or just to talk some ideas over, shoot me an email.

clarification
Tester traffic is traffic you buy in small quantities over a defined period like 2 days, 3 days, etc…, the more targeted your audience the better. This traffic is used to see how people use and react to your web site. Make sure you have some sort of analytic tracking in place, for your web site Google analytics would work very well, is free, and easy to install.
You normally push a few hundred people through over a couple of days to get some decent data. You then use this data to address site issues like; if you have high bounce rate, then people aren't sticking around to use your site, so you figure out why. Learn which pages (posts) people read the most, this tells you what they want to know, then work on the pages (posts) people spend the least amount of time on to make them more relevant to your visitors. Find out which links in your site people are clicking on and determine why? I think you get the idea!
Constantly testing your site and making changes to improve its performance is a must for serious marketers.
Feeder traffic is traffic you buy for a short period of time like 2 weeks, 1 month, etc…; this is meant to get people into your site immediately without having to wait for it to come naturally. The advantages to this is that you can possibly have some visitors who really dig your site and a) will return as a loyal follower over time, b) could tell friends, family, etc... Bringing more traffic, c) Some could like your site so much they link to it from somewhere else, bringing you more free traffic and creating natural inbound links.
Don't have high expectations for feeder traffic; look at it as a long term investment with very little reward. It's all about introducing your site to web users at an accelerated rate.
As for your background color, I would go with a template where the main body is white with some sexy accents surrounding it. Keep the graphics to a minimum and make sure they grab the attention of your target audience. Too many graphics and people become overwhelmed and just turn them off subconsciously. You want your sites design to mirror the content and message but to be friendly to your visitors and easy to use.

Your site looks great. I would recommend social network marketing. Facebook, Flicker, You Tube. People in your target market would definitely frequent these sites.
