I agree. This website is pretty awful. I wrote a review about it here: ReviewPage.com - Tevlar.net

Yeah I am going to have to agree with others that the site design is pretty amateurish. Take a look at Yahoo if that's what you're trying to emulate. Their design is much much cleaner and more elegant. How do you plan to differentiate yourself? What will your site offer that users cannot get elsewhere?

My business partner is leaving tevlar as is the designer and he said he is taking the design with him. So there will be a basic design of tevlar soon and then the all new 'again' tevlar will be made. Tevlar is different because we ARE the ultimate resource for all you need and more over the next coming months. We will be the best!!!. There is also going to be modern features going on with tevlar and hopfully so unique things happening and I hope all you who have slagged off tevlar will look back in a few months and say I was wrong about that site tevlar. Keep on checking out tevlar

I have to second that post of crackah.
I think honesty will help him more. As to compete with Yahoo is really impossible.

My advise would be to lower down the goals, and to have a professional make the design.

I will be the owner of the url as it is still going to be tevlar.net however I may change it the tevlar.com. I am talking to people now about redesigning tevlar. My plans for tevlar are simple to build a modern day ultimate resource all you can eat site (got a little carried away there LOL) I have big plans for tevlar and hope to have your support along this journey.

I agree with a few others, the site is a little on the unprofessional side for a one stop shop. I think if you are going to go big you may want to start small pick a single market to work with and go from there.

Its not impossible to get where you want to go. Keep working at it.
