For the entrepreneurs that are knowledgeable about cross-selling, I have a couple questions to ask.
I'm currently in the process of getting a few ideas for a small business revolving around music, and I thought I'd start out with a few questions to people who actually have their "beak wet" in the business field. Please, feel free to state your occupation so I could understand better from where your coming from if you wish.

What are the pro's and con's about cross-selling?

What are a few prime companies (worldwide scale) that succeeded in this business?

In the near future will cross selling expand the business field, or will it plummet?

Let's say in the past 5-10 year span, how big of an impact has cross selling made in the business field?
