    Email Marketing

    Has anyone tried it?

I know lots can use PPC or SEO, but they can add up.

I run Email Marketing with Sendn, where you can create and send messages to your subscribers for $5/mo.

I would be glad to help you get started, including create your first design, making your signup form and placement, and suggest how often your messages should be sent out.

    Let me know if interested

I always have believed in e-mail marketing. It's a great way to stay connected with your customers and keep your name fresh in their minds. A monthly newsletter with new products, services or announcements is a great way to get started. I use Constant Contact to keep in touch with my customers. It allows you to send out mass e-mails and has a great drag and click feature for newsletter designs, coupons, and more.

To answer the question asked above, I get my e-mail addresses from numerous sources. Those who buy my product automatically get added to the newsletter unless they opt-out. We also collect e-mail addresses from contests, facebook, myspace, etc.

I think email marketing is great to stay in touch with your established customers who know your email address, but it is not reliable for attaining new clients, since most people who do not recognize your email address would send it to a spam filter or delete it altogether.

That would be a good alternative but you should take care with those strategies. There is no way to know if the email receptors are really interested on your services.

But that is the thing with email marketing. They are allowing you to contact them with things pertaining to your site. They are saying that they are interested by subscribing..

I definitely believe in email marketing, because it helps bring back returning visitors. I'm currently using MailChimp to send out my Enewsletters, but to get an unlimited list or subscribers for $5? I really can't complain about that at all..

For legitimate emails, you can't beat mailchimp. It's a great service.
