Personal development is just as important, if not MORE important, than anything you do to grow your business. The challenges you face as an Entrepreneur in free enterprise can be very daunting and without the proper mindset and perspective you can be 'broken' very quickly. The 3 pillars to the successful Entreprenuer are Mindset, Marketing and Mission. You must have the mindset, you must know how to market, and you must have a mission that drives you.

I definitely think that this is incredibly important. If you don't know your self then you simply cannot know your business

If your not interested in death you cant begin to understand the meaning of life, therefore we all would take our last breath and anyone that thinks this is were our bodies will cease and our spiritual being will not continue to flourish truly has a stunted awareness of the love that's within us all for all eternity

Everything You Do Is A Reflection Of What You Are.
If you are unable or unwilling to grow as a person, how can you expect anything you want to build to grow?

Personal Development is crucial to getting the most out of the limited time we have in this world.
If we lose the desire to learn, grow, and experience, then we are no longer truly alive.

I don't think that it`s a predicate to being successful, but rather just the natural progression. If one sets himself up with good habits, of course good things will fall in place for him. The same thing goes for someone with bad habits, he is just setting himself up for disappointment.

I think it`s just a natural evolution that one works on himself as he attains the necessary skills to becoming a better entrepreneur. It's not something you can dwell on, but something you have to work on over time - after all, we are a creature of habit.

Stay positive and work hard - the only two traits you need to succeed.
