I've got a new respect for the guy. You focus on your strengths and let others help you with your weakness's. I only saw him in American Idol and I think it had the most balanced judges. It was like having the power puff girls judge people. Sugar, Spice, and everything Nice. Paula amost always says something very nice, Simon telling the Brutal and honest truth, and Randy was in between most of the time.

Good for you simon for making that much money working a job.

Anther key thing to appreciate about Simon Cowell is that he lost everything at 29, he went completely bust. Yet he built himself back up to where he is now - awesome!
