Without customers who patronize and trust your service, the business will not succeed. It is very essential though that you do the best customer service so customers will continuously support your business.

Americans want things fast...forget quality. Provide cheap stuff w/ fast service and you have a business model set.

I personally dont want to eat D-Grade meat, but I obviously don't speak for everyone.

haha, I remember reading about Robert Kyosaki saying Ray was in the real estate business and not the burger business.

What made Ray Kroc to build the successful francise was because he had a strong structure in place that was able to function independently. The system you put in place has a lot to do with the strength and longevity of the business

The success of McDonalds and the passion of Mr Kroc to turn into a renowned brand teaches something - that there always a benefit in having a vision. For him there was a combination of luck and opportunities (and this I say because there are others who had planned but failed due to a number of factors).

Definitely, the entrepreneurs who dare to take bigger risks become able to change the history and cultures according to their will.

    Claps for Kroc.

I'm not a McDonalds fan, but you have to admit that Ray was certainly a smart one when it came to being an entrepreneur.
