Thumbs up Your Estimation - Selling a site

Hello everyone. Thanks for taking the time for reading my thread. Now... The question is, how much would I be able to sell a site like this for:

Gerne: Games
Design: Cool, new tech php nuke
Logo: Unique
Domain: Very good - attractive

Site online for: 1-2 months max
Unique visitors per month: 100,000 - 200,000 ---> Note: These visitors will be generated from links on other sites, and I will pay $0 for advertising. This makes a difference cause you can easily pay someone to bring random people with no intrest in your site
Members: 10,000 - 20,000 --> ACTIVE

Ok, so how much would i be able to sell this site for. Im not really into all this adsense and YNP etc, so the current revenue will be $0, and for you to develop

Please answear the poll accordingly and realistically, and leave a comment below. Thanks

Very hard to say. I know that PHPNuke is usually pretty shunned upon, but I think that it must have a unique look for an arcade site which is really cool to hear

It's so hard to estimate a price for you without having any solid adsense or YPN revenue stats to draw from. Do you have a link to the site? I'd be more than willing to take a look and maybe even send an offer myself.

Sorry, i havent made site yet, but i have not started this site yet. I only wanted to ask for prices/opinions to see if its worth starting. Also, i got no idea on how to run adsence or YPN. To me these two mean only one thing --> ruining the site layout.

Regards :-)

You'll definatley get from the region of $500 upwards.

I voted for $500 as it would be the minimum but you can get excessive amounts for it why? Well sell the site to an end-user(its harder then it sounds) becuase, these are the people who really want your type of site and want to have it to keep and make some cash off it therefore they are willing ot pay top dollar for it. But to a reseller they will try and get it cheap so they can develop it, get some revenue out of it and sell it on for a huge profit.

So thats why i chose the $500 and i wish you all the best

If you can make a solid, unique arcade site with the stats you were forcasting - you could easily sell it at $500+

The only issue is finding a buyer I would imagine, unless you had a few in mind already. There are so many arcade turnkey sites already out there.
