I have developed an idea for a web based business venture. I can create a basic web page and have graphic design and 3d modeling experience. But I know nothing about advanced web programming.

My idea is manly a web application that will be used through my site. The problem? I don't know how to program such a thing and don't really have much money to hire someone. Have any of you been able to find help for your projects like that. Or know of any resources? I have thought of maybe trying to get someone from the local college/high school. Or seeing if I can find someone to do it for super cheap from elance or something. Or possibly try to find a business partner that could do it... Just not sure where to start. Have the idea mapped out, just don't want to see this never go live or take forever to go live, because I don't have the coding/programming knowledge. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

E-mail your idea to me. My company and I may be able to help you out. We opened recently and are willing to work with people. Most applications are developed and programmed using AJAX, which is something we do not do at the moment (All of Google's Applications are developed using AJAX). But let me know what your idea is first and I can tell you what can and cannot be done.
