Looks very professional, very good site.

Three small points
1. - http://www.keep3percent.com/static/services.php - font is too small to read for a good reason I'd imagine! But if you could change it to be slightly bigger, it would be readable but people would just pass over it. Whereas now, its so small, I knew there were terms hidden!

2. - On the homepage, there are no links to "our valued partners" and the satisfactory 100% guranteed isn't a partner or is it?

3. - The help link didn't work for me.

Apart from that, its very good especially compared with some of the muck sites posted up here recently.

I really like the site. It looks like a great idea, and works very well. Do you have a listing fee? or do you make all your money on advertisements?

One thing I noticed, was when I clicked to view a listing, it did not connect it correctly. (I was farther down the page then I should have been)

PCMG pay about $650.oo a month to be the perferred lender for
Keep3Percent.com and they pay fo my for sale signs but I make most of my profit off of the listings.
