What do you need to do to start an online store?

I know all the desing stuff but i would like to know what i would need and how to get it. If anyone knows anything i would love to know i would be earning under 30,000 p/y i think.

the design and features must appeal to your market. after that there is pricing and ofcourse marketing. what do you plan to sell? do you have a website? you might want to start an affiliate program as well.

the first and most important thing to do when starting any business is to see who your target market is and what are they demanding, then figure out how to get the product(s) they demand, Then make sure there is an outlet (website for them to go to). Then make sure your website has a good enough conversion techniques so when people find your online store it can turn a click to cash instantly. I list Traffic last because without the research and a great converting site, all the traffic in the world won't generate a great income...goodluck!
