I have read several posts on this site with webmasters stating there sites have an Alexa ranking of 100k and lower. I would like to know what tips and advice you have to build a steady flow of traffic and lower your Alexa ranking?

Write unique content for your site and update it frequently. This will both build traffic and bring you below that 100,000 mark on Alexa.

Not to all...it really depends what you use it for...For certain types of site it can be a great marketing tool and also a great tool to compare yourself to competitors.

I try to keep my site www.mojacity.comhttp://www.mojacity.com under 100K all the time for those purposes

Dude honestly just try to grow your site. Having a big Alexa when you make no money doesn't mean shit. Use that time to expand your site instead!
