A private party has contacted me and offered $175 for www.piczhost.com
As some of you may know for the first 1 and half months of its life i did nothing with it.However over the month and a half i have been promoting it and within two weeks it shot up to an alexa of 480,500 and with the traffic as it is at the moment it look set to go even lower.Within a month i expect it to be -100,000.
It has had over 60,000 pageviews so far this month and over 20,000 uniques.
Should i sell or not?

How many unique visitors have you had, pageviews
don't so much matter. Also, do you intend to do anything
with it??

If not, sell it.

If so, keep it pimpin.

Well im getting a couple of thousand uniques a day .Traffic is mainly tgp which is brilliant but i disagree that pageviews are not important.They are if you run a CPM campaign.
I think i may keep it running or put it on sitepoint.

They don't want your site if anything they want your traffic, if you sell to them they will dump your website and redirect the traffic to their landing page.

I would not sell unless it gets too expensive to handle the bandwidth wise. I'd try and get it to drop below 100,000 before even thinking about selling and I totally agree that putting it on SP or even DP would garner a higher price.

If the site is adult oriented by nature, I would think about putting up targeted advertisements and affiliate programs such as adult friend finder, etc. You will probably have better results rather than standard CPM.

$175 is a steal, and I wouldn't do it personally.
