Web CEO is decent and the slightly older version is free minus a couple of features.

I hear Web SEO is good, but I have never tried it. It organizes a lot of things you can do yourself, but it could save you a lot of time.

Wordtracker is an essential SEO tool.

You should check out seobook.com. I got that book and it was a great seo resource that the author updates as the industry shifts (which is frequent).

Theres a few good ones which have already been mentioned above but as well as the likes of WEB CEO online tools are just as good and they take up less space on your harddrive too!
