I have design a free website for kalinga province people upon request...since it is a free website i have included my adds in google..what would you think of the site over all design and impact? here is the site http://kalingatambayan.com

The pictures took some time to load on my T1 line. The media player in the upper right hand corner of the page is partially obscured by the horizontal lines that you are using as border.

I have never been a fan of scrolling messages, just a personal preference.

I assume you are using RSS feeds to pipe in the headlines, which could have contributed to the slow load time.

Personally, I feel that unless your site is about something to do with rebellion of the masses (i.e. heavy metal music, anarchist cook books and so on) the background should not be black. It's all about perception.

There's my two cents.
