Great job over all, but...

The navigation links should be text on top of images, not an image itself. SEs wont pick up the keywords in your navigation bar.

Also, if someone had a slow connection, it would take a lot longer to get loaded up.

For its width you should leave only one sidebar to have a decent space for content. Right now the content page is squeezed and you can't put that much in it. Lazy users have to scroll down.

The site looks good, a little bit old school as far as the colors and bold fonts go but it is well laid out and very easy to navigate. Maybe work on some "softer" colors for the navigation menus and maybe some gradients here and there. Overall though nice job, how are you planning to monetize this site? Adsense, paid listings, etc?

what he said! one of those images are 24kb! thats massive! you can also notice the loss of quality when looking at the text within the images. what program are you using for that? also, maybe reduce the size of the link text on the left.

maybe widen your overall layout? and centre it?
