Revamped site, Revamped Business

I'm not sure if many of you had seen our website before but we just launched a new version of it. We offer webhosting and as saturated as the market is, we are up for the challenge; to stand out in the crowd. Anyways, we're finally back, did some studio voice overs and a lot of flash integration. Please let me know guys what you think as who ever clicks will be some of the first people to see it. Critiques are welcome, bad and good comments, as long as it's constructive critisism. Thanks for helping us.

Wow

I don't remember having been to the site before but the final product now is good. I love the voice over, kinda reminds me of the matrix or something.lol. I'm talking from a consumers point of view as opposed to a designer or programmer. I think it looks good. One question though. This industry is saturated; your site is aesthetically pleasing but what else have you done to give you the edge over the competition?

I like it...

The site overall seems nice, but (constructive crit.) it could use some work. My speakers were broken when I reveiwed your site, but truthfully it shouldn't matter because your customers should be able to find information regardless. So here's what I got:

Overall
Good: Easy navagation, not too busy, overall it's everything a good site needs.

Bad: Your loading time is a little long, but other than that... Great!

Opening Page
Good: Your setup/layout is nice. It gives testimonials from previous customers, pricing information up front.

Bad: No real information is given as-to who you are, or what you do as a business. I think that you should be able to fix this problem in a paragraph or two on your opening page.

I hope that I was somewhat helpful with your quest & wish you the best of luck with your adventure.

If you ever need to have your site reveiwed in the future I would be more than happy to do so. I normally charge about $30-$40 to intensly reveiw sites your size, but for you I would do it for free or about $10 depending on the work.

Keep in touch..... o(-_-)o ~TheOriginal~

Thanks for your input everyone, we will def. take it into consideration. Well to answer one of your questions, we really do not advertise. All of our clients (customers) are handed to us either by our partners and friends or from one of our other businesses. It's probably confusing but we know other web designers and basically they send all of their clients to us for hosting. I think also is just word of mouth; our clients sending their friends to us. What has brought us to success is the relationships we have been able to give to our clients. I as a consumer as well as a service provider have the need when I buy a service or product for that relationship. If we can gain the confidence of them and have them trust us, then they have no problem referring other people to us or trusting our judgement in what they need. Say they pay $5 a month and we over spend for that client just to satisfy them (phone bill etc). In the end if they are ultimately satisfied beyond their original expectations, then guess who they tell. Anyways there are so many junk webhosting providers, deceptive ones and great ones as well but what gives us the leg up between everyone else is that true combination of a friend/business like relationship, high quality phone support and very competitive prices.

Also to respond to your review, the reason it is just not very ABOUT Us in the front page and what not is because we have tried that and it doesn't work as well. 95% of the people viewing the site already know what they want or already know us. Thats why we don't waiste that time of theirs through a huge sales pitch.

Again thanks to your help.
